This postpartum class is suitable for all new moms to recover from pregnancy and childbirth.
Your body has done an amazing job creating one or more little people inside of you, and it has gone through many changes in a short period of time. Your body now deserves to be strengthened again to prepare you for your task as a mother. During the class, we will not only do pelvic floor and core exercises, but we will also talk about important things helpful for your recovery. It's also a place where you can ask questions you don't know where else to ask.
Group classes can be held in English (starting: 6/11 - 9/3/2021 | 10/9 - 12/4/2021) or German, depending on your needs. If you are pregnant and would like to take this class with me, sign up as soon as possible so I can put you on the list. Group classes are taught in groups of 4-8 women only.
