Kettlebells are versatile training tools for building functional strength. They are suitable for different training goals:
Improving total body fitness and activating the cardiovascular system. You will be amazed at how quickly you will notice results in yourself and your body with my kettlebell training. Working with me, we will start wherever you are and set up a program that fits you.

This postpartum recovery class is for all new moms to recover from pregnancy and childbirth.
Your body has done amazing things by creating one or more little people inside of you, and it has gone through so many changes in a short period of time. Your body now deserves to be strengthened again to prepare you for your role as a mother. During the class, we will not only do pelvic floor and core exercises, but we will also talk about important things that are helpful for your recovery. It’s also a place where you can ask questions you don’t know where else to ask.
Group classes can be held in English (start: September 15th – Nov 24th, 2022) or German, as needed. If you are pregnant and would like to take this class with me, sign up as soon as possible so I can put you on the list. Group classes are only taught in groups of 4-8 women.

We are certified according to § 20 SGB V. This means that these courses are subsidized by the statutory health insurance. You do not have to apply to your health insurance and do not need a referral from your doctor. After the course you will receive a confirmation of participation from me. With this you can get the subsidy at your health insurance.

What is Taping?
Taping is a non-invasive method of supporting muscle and soft tissue. Depending on the client’s problem, the tape can support the muscle, give impulses to her brain to activate a muscle or muscle group, or inhibit a muscle if it is overactive.
How long does the tape stay on?
Normalerweise bleibt das Tape etwa 3-5 Tage lang an. Du kannst auch damit duschen.
