This postpartum recovery class is for all new moms to recover from pregnancy and childbirth.
Your body has done amazing things by creating one or more little people inside of you, and it has gone through so many changes in a short period of time. Your body now deserves to be strengthened again to prepare you for your role as a mother. During the class, we will not only do pelvic floor and core exercises, but we will also talk about important things that are helpful for your recovery. It’s also a place where you can ask questions you don’t know where else to ask.
Group classes can be held in English (start: September 15th – Nov 24th, 2022) or German, as needed. If you are pregnant and would like to take this class with me, sign up as soon as possible so I can put you on the list. Group classes are only taught in groups of 4-8 women.
