I offer personal training for women with a holistic approach. I believe it is very important to set realistic goals. My training always starts by covering the basics and then building on them.
I often meet women who are trying to get toned or lose weight and immediately jump into high intensity training. This can work, but often doesn’t lead to the results they were hoping for.
