What is Taping?
Taping is a non-invasive method of supporting muscle and soft tissue. Depending on the client’s problem, the tape can support the muscle, provide impulses to her brain to activate a muscle or muscle group, or inhibit a muscle if it is overactive.
How long does the tape stay on?
The tape usually stays on for about 3-5 days. You can also shower with it on.
